    How does the Tag cloud works?

    How does the tag cloud works? It seems like it shows how often a tag is used in stories and shows the most used tags, but I would like the tag cloud to show the most clicked tags instead, and thereby get a more "living" tag cloud and more "living" most popular tag. Does anyone know how to do this please? Or can anybody explain how the tag cloud works?
