Hi,

When I use special chars in headline the admin -> News Management has a bug.

If I for example use "זרו זרו" as a headline. The link to the story looks like thiss:

somepliggdemo.com/category/%E6%F8%E5_%E6%F8%E5-1/

But in admin -> News Management it looks like this

somepliggdemo.com/story.php?title=���_���-1

And we get an error message.
