Hey guys,

this is unrelated to pligg, but its a question i wanted to ask other web developers.

Iv recently started a Google custom search engine that only searches Honda related forums and web sites.

people have had very positive reactions to the site, but the one comment i keep getting is that the logo sucks.

I'm certainly not a graphic designer, or any kind of artist, but I didnt think it was that bad. The idea was to combined the Honda logo, and Google logo into 1 logo, without infringing on trademarks.

So what can i do to improve? Iv gotten nothing but positive feedback on my pligg sites logo:


I originally wanted to keep the hondoogle logo as minimalistic as possible (in true google fashion), but it doesnt seem to be working. Should i fold, and go the "web 2.0" route like i did for dig my honda?

but i dont see the honda google logo
