Adding an additional status: Editors Pick

Hey Guys,

In an effort to increase the quality of content on my Pligg based sited, I'd like to have an "Editor's Picks" section where only submissions chosen by the editor will be displayed. I was wondering if anyone knew how hard it would be to add an additional status to stories so you would have Published, Queue, Discard, and Editors Pick.

It'd be ideal if I could create an RSS feed for this status as well.

I am looking forward on this idea too. Looks beneficial. If i find a free time on my bz sched, I can help. I am thinking adding one field on the database to handle this...
