HELP please - mod for ecommerce is there one?

I need to add ecommerce to a pligg site is there a mod or do I use a static page or wrapper?

I also need a mod for this use... is there any kind of module that can do this?

I assume there are two ways of doing this, If I could find something to sell from my site, I would,

in the root folder create a folder called store and upload ecommerce to that folder,
but you could also create a new page and add the paypal buttons to each product.
