Hy all

I have a strange trouble with the letter "á" in tags cloud, I have all my special characters ok, except the "á" and I don't understant why

Make a look in mysite http://www.web2.cl/cloud.php

All the "á" are change to "?" in tag.

somebody will have an idea ?
