Can't login after a few times

I have this annoying problem and need your help:
I installed everything and it worked fine for 1 hour.
After 1 hour i couldn't log as god or any other user anymore. I checked my pass over and over again, i got inside the DB on my host server and it was the same password as before, but i couldn't login anymore with it!
The weird stuff started when passwords changed to a 30 digit password across all users, and still if i use it it won't let me log in to the site.
I used the forgot password, and got The long password but couldn't log in....
I can register as a new member but after a while the password changes again automatically to a 30 digit password without me doing anything....

What the hell is going on???

Having almost ironed out my site, now I also cannot login. It is not a case of typing in the wrong name / password as I have them written down, further more, my admin username does not exist on the change password feature...anyone got any help ideas please?
