second step problem

Dear friends, I am trying to test out the Digg program. However, I encountered problem like below. I am testing it out with the XP installation? Is that OK?

Error. The pligg_config table is empty or does not exist

How did I encounter problem like this?

Did you guys encounter this type of problem? Did you guys successfully install the software over xp?

I run windows xp and have not had that problem

Not meaning offence, but have you created the tables in your sql database and put the right table names in?
