Need Mod so that all Comments Require Admin Approval

Hello All:

I have successfully implemented the modification from redwine which places all new posts into a "Pending" status for admin approval prior to appearing on the site.

Now, I need a similar modification which will require all new Comments to require admin approval before appearing on site.

I understand this is probably a bit more complicated, and we are willing to pay someone to program this for us.
