Error - Google Adsense Revenue Sharing v 0.1

Well, i have moved this file to /public_html/galcentral/plugins and got to see ( probably) a sample ads on the bottom of the page .

My question is Do I have to enable Profile Extra Fields v0.2 - disable and Google Adsense Revenue Sharing v0.1 - disable ?.
I clicked on enable but always got this error

You must copy /modules/share_revenue/plugins/function.adsense.php to /plugins/function.adsense.php to use the "Google Share Revenue" module or you will have problems with your sidebar.

I clicked enable for enable Profile Extra Fields v0.2 and got the error above and I got the same error on Adsense Revenue Sharing v0.1 . I cannot enable them .

Please advise.
