Hi guys. Long time no see. I have a few concerns I want to bring up, and was wondering if I could get some advice on how to better address them.

I was able to work out the burying system to make it count for something more so that buries need to be greater than 1.5 the votes and article gets (for now.) I do want to get more out of the feature though. How would someone go about adding a field or drop-down box where a user can tell the site why they buried an article? How can we add a tab showing which user's buried an article? Can the bury feature hide the article from the person's view and not just dim it? Can a notification be sent to the admins when an article is discarded or a status change occurs manually?

Also, because there's a concern that my site can eventually be a haven for trolls, I was wondering how difficult it would be to put in a ratio system where sites where allowed only X number of links per set period of time (Only 2 links to a site per month, only 1 per week or day, etc.)

So, if any of this is possible, can I get a lead on where I should start looking to put these ideas into effect?
