Link showing as story number

Does anybody know why my links to stories are showing as numbers rather than the story names with underscores separating words?

I thought I had set all the properties properly, but I must be missing something... Here is the URL - Christian News Web / Published News, so you can see what I mean.

Also, I know on a properly configured site, the words in the story name are separated by underscores - any way to change the underscores to dashes? Which file would I have to change?

Check the Friendly URLs option from your configuration panel. Change it to True.
