    How to Protect Files from iframe attacks Help me out

    hello there,

    i am getting iframe attacks every now and then .i am using pligg 9.8.2 . How to protect my files from iframe attacks. any body help me how to protect my templates files .

    to protect your template files you can just activate the .htaccess inside the templates folder.

    Can you elaborate on the iframe attack you are facing - is this on a pligg feature? because we do not use any iframes.

    I need to know more details on the attack first to propose a solution. btw: did the iframe used in Pligg codebase - if so report the attack via the bug report to admin via PM. If it is your custom add-on contact the author of this add-on

    Thanks for the reply .some spammers are keeping malicious code something like this <iframe height =1 width =1 src = "url"> something like this .i think they are hacking my website .how to overcome this problem .Spam thing is killing me .

    you mean they are posting this in the story submission and comments? in that case disable HTML tags in those from admin configuration.

    iframe code is being added into config.php, index.php and many more root directory files. is that anything to do with file permissions

    May be you should also contact our webhost and set proper permissions for this.
