Embeded Podcasts With 9.9?

I have read just about all the posts dealing with podcasts and mp3s and haven't had any luck with them. I don't mind linking to the podcast I would just like it to embed on my site so users can listen to it. I have got the video pretty much down just having some trouble with audio. Thanks.

Thanks chuck. The Yahoo one worked on a test site. Is the player suppose to be at the bottom of the page like that? I think I've tried the other one before but will give it another shot. I noticed it is over a year old would it still work with 9.9 as is or would it need some modification? Thanks again.
