9.9.5 create user error

When I try to do a test register for a test account, and I got this error after I hit create user: Module Error #1

Hmmm...Have you made any modifications to the code base of your own? What modules are you running?

I went through all the modules and I figured out the modules that caused this specific error. The modules are send welcome email and send welcome private message. Version 9.9.5 in my case required me to disable these modules so users can register for an account, otherwise user will not be able to register and will see an error display as "Module Error #1".

Can pligg developer fix these modules so it will work with the new pligg version 9.9.5? thanks...

I'd recommend reporting this as well under Projects. You can click on Pligg CMS and then submit a new bug request. This will help the developers keep track of this bug....and you can see the progress being made on resolving it.
