How can i move topics

How can I move topics from one category to another one. For example i have a category which is Soccer and i have a lot of topics under it. I want to move that topics to under another category which is basketball

To do it one story at a time just find the story url, log in as a "god" or "admin" level user and click on "admin links" then "edit title or description". Then change the category from the next page and hit "preview and submit" to submit the changes.

If you want to move an entire category into another you could probably write a simple SQL statement and run it in phpmyadmin.
