Deny registratio to free emailadresses

Hello, I would like pligg to have the ability to deny registration if people register with a free emailadress. This would combat spammy links being made.

If you guys contribute some $$$ towards this idea I think it could be made as a module. Submit a donation (Pligg CMS Forum - Donation System) and leave a message letting me know that you donated for this cause on this thread. I think $100 total in donations might cover the development cost.
