How to embed podcasts and play

I am thinking to add podcasts and add play button to play the audio. I couldn't find any helpful infomation. Please help me anyone who implemented thi feature.

I'm not sure what you are using now or if you have been able to get streaming podccasts to work on your site but I use Yahoo Media Player. I couldn't get anything else to work and didn't have enough time to work on it myself. It is a pretty good setup.

You could try this for a media player:
WordPress Audio Player » Standalone version

You might want to look into the extra_fields option for Pligg. That way users could link to an mp3 file using an extra field and you can just embed that mp3 using the flash player.
