Error while registration

Getting "Module Error #1" error while user registration but No "Module Error#1" if we disable and remove the following 2 modules.

1). Send Welcome Email v 0.2
(desc: Sends welcome to email to a user who just registered.)

2). Send Welcome Private Message v 0.1
(desc: Sends a private message to welcome a user who just registered.)

Please help me what causing this error. Is there any fix for this.

Please stop making repeat posts slick, this is like the 5th nearly identical post that you've had about this issue.
We need more details, what version of Pligg are you running, what template, did you upgrade from an older version, etc?

I couldn't find my previous post that is the reason why I posted again, sorry for the double submission.

I have installed Pligg 9.9.5, template is yget and its not an upgrade from an older version.
