pligg_pageviews too big

Hi, my pligg_pageviews table is over 30mb. i don't use statistics module, and now i disabled "Show the last 5 people to view a profile", can i clean the table?
Also pligg_trackbacks is about 5 mb, once sent can i clear this table?

I have delete pageviews on my site. I think the only other place that it is used is on the story detail page above the title.It is a waste of resources.

I just completely dropped the table and haven't experienced any problems or errors as a result.

i will take a look at it and if this is useless to my mini pligg site, i'll drop the table as well.

@gen3ric, when you dropped the table. is there any problem from now on? i just want to make sure b4 doing so in my website. let us know.

All you have to do is change the "Show last visit" option to false from /admin_config.php?page=Story. This is something we should probably have switched off by default.
