Hi all I have tried for 3 days to download the new Pligg Beta 9.9, with no luck all I get is:

Slow Down! You are trying to download files too quickly. You must wait 12 seconds before you may download another file.

and I have downloaded no other files? I thought maybe it was FF, so I tried IE and even tired from my home computer - No Luck.

I can not find the new version on Sourceforge, can some admin check on this and or post over to Sourceforge.

I just tried the download link and it worked fine.

Hmm - I dont have a clue why this won't work - Thanks for checking - I will have someone download the file and email it to me - maybe its a proxy cache on my ISP - switch is the same at home and the office.

I'm having the same problem here trying to download Pligg at home and I always get this message:
"Slow Down! You are trying to download files too quickly. You must wait X seconds before you may download another file."

Note that I always have to click twice the link... the first time it does nothing (already tried to wait a few minutes) then I click again and get the message

I'm using FF.

There was a 20 second period required between downloads in the Downloads section, I just reduced that to 15 seconds. We have to put a time limit to prevent denial of service attacks. There may be some error preventing you from downloading it entirely, but I'm not sure why that problem is happening.

I have tried several times with not luck. I keep getting the message too! However the one I get says to wait 7 seconds.
