I am getting "Module Error#1" while registration when the following 2 modules are enabled.

1). Send Welcome Email v 0.2
(desc: Sends welcome to email to a user who just registered.)

2). Send Welcome Private Message v 0.1
(desc: Sends a private message to welcome a user who just registered.)

No module error#1 if i disable these modules.

I have posted this thread earlier and don't see any responses with solution. Just wanted to find out whether this bug is fixed? Please help me to fix this issue.
