This is a interim solution..... until n unless we get some module to support the sitemap..

here what i have additionally done.....this........Add this in you htaccess file and you will have a static url like I am having.....

And the RSS sitemap can be submitted to Google As well..but yes, Google will show some warnings because of some spacing on the file....but it will work like a cream....and warning doesn't mean errors....so we are good here...

My pligg version is 9.9.0 and my server is running on php 4.

Google said the sitemap has invalid date.

I found the solution and Google has accepted my sitemap.
