[SOLVED] Problem Purchasing
I wanted to purchase some of the items for pligg, but when I add items in go to the shopping cart and press checkout, it give me a blank shopping cart and that's it. Any Ideas why purchasing is not available, I tried it in many browser and still can't purchase.

Why is it not made simple by providing Paypal Checkout. It takes lot of time to fill out the lot unnecessary information (like shipping info which is not required as all the products are digital). I believe this simplification can increase the sales as well.

We require the other information to limit fraudulent purchases and to qualify under Paypal's seller protection, which requires that we collect this information about the buyer. I also collect information about the location of the buyer for tax purposes. If someone lives in the same state as where Pligg is based we need to apply a state sales tax to the order. There are really a variety of reasons, and I understand how it makes things more complicated for buyers but we ask for the information to protect both ourselves and the people ordering. Selling digital goods online is a lot more complicated than you would think if you want to operate within legal guidelines.
Like any other ecommerce store, we collect the data once and store it in a user profile so that users can return and place a second purchase without having to repeat the tedious steps.
