    encoding problem on administrator panel:
    -I have polish language file (used utf-8), on home page is all ok "screen 1", but on administrator panel NOT "screen 2, 3"

    - on click editbox to enter new value (eg on change template) is all ok, but on double click is cloned field and buttons "screen 4"

    - continue error yget template on end of 11 line sidebar_saved.tpl (missed "}" )

    If you have a "template_management" folder in your "modules" folder, try removing it.
