Please see the attached image. I am wondering how it was made possible to vote twice by the same user? & How to avoid this from happening again. Thanks. I am using 9.6 (Yes, I know it's too old, but waiting for 1.0 before I upgrade).

I've seen this happen on occasion on my test sites. Not sure how w it occured, but the next version of Pligg has a fewature built in that will check to make sure that IP addresses don't vote on the same article more than once. This is a feature that you can turn on and off or set how many votes an IP is allowed to vote for the same article. I'll have more of an explanation in an upcoming blog post. Hopefully this feature will stop these fluke double votes that appear from time to time. If anyone figures out what is the cause of this bug let me know and I we will provide a fix.
