How to pay for support??

My pligg installation does not function correctly as installed.

I've attempted to post questions here on the forum but don't get a response.

Is there some way to pay for support so I can finally get pligg working properly?

I should also mention, I'm not looking for basic installation support (I'm a php programmer myself)

the software just doesn't work as installed....

thanks for the snide answer.

Obviously many (most?)people have made it work. Obviously for my hosting provider it doesn't work right or I wouldn't be asking the question.

true first i try installing Pligg on free web host and didn't work
