Few General Questions

I can't seem to get these things working and they are nagging at me.

1. The spell checker generates the following error (see attached image.) I have browsed the forum and can't find any solutions to this problem (although it'd probably simple.)

2. The favicon.ico I changed, clear browsers cache etc. etc. and it's still the 'P.' This might be my hosting companies fault cos sometimes it can take a while for the server to update.

3. The amount and length of tags that can be entered in the 'submit form' I need to increase, I assume this is in Configure>Tags but which entry do I edit? The default seems to be 40 but I can't see this value anywhere.

1. Try changing the permissions on yoursite/3rdparty/speller/ to writeable.

2. Try deleting the cookie.

3. Open yoursite/yourtemplate/submit_step_2.tpl and around live 43 you should see:

I changed it to '777.' Is that correct? I am still getting the same error message.

Actually I just did it to the whole folder and now it generates this error:

System error: Aspell program execution failed (`aspell -a --lang=en_US --encoding=utf-8 < ./aspell_data_S4SXCP 2>&1`)

Any help?
