how to change setting?

When sending a email from within the site, when recieved by a member it comes as this: insert_your_email_address_here@gator531.hostgator. com .
Can some one give a clue as to where to change the email parmeters?

What you need to go is go into your hosting cpanel (www your site . com /cpanel) and then select mail account (I think) - you can then add a mail account. The hostgator thing you are seeing means that you have not setup any email accounts or forwarders in your cpanel- so its not really a pligg issue.

I do have an email account setup fot the website, Just do not know how to link them, I have found nothing to input email settings or account info in the pligg system, this is what I need to know. Thanks
