group acceptance and text editing are missing

hi, I just spent all night playing around with pligg, and I think I really like it.

two things I'm either overlooking due to sleep, or they've just vanished, are the text editing buttons when making a new entry, as well as the option to approve someone's group request to a group that you created.

I know that at some point, I saw both of these as available, but for the life of me I cannot find them on my installation of Pligg anymore, nor can I find any discussion solving to this problem in these forums.

I'm aware of pressing ctrl-t to toggle the text editing toolbar, but it has stopped working.
