    Upgrade from 9.9.5 to 1.0

I wanted to ask a question - I have installed the 1.0 and I was wondering if I can upload all posts and user data from my 9.9.5 installation. Or I should use the upgrade script?

Do this at your own risk! Don't do it if you think it is hard or you don't know how. Don't blame me if your things go wrong. Make backup of everything!!!!
