what editor do you use to develop templates?

    Hello,
I am on windows platform. I used to develop in MS Visual Studio but am working Pligg now. Can someone suggest an IDE?
I tried komodo - the extra CRCRLF at end of every line in the .tpl file gives an entra empty row. Not sure why that's there confusing.

    Thanks,

    Jack

Myself, I'm a big fan of conText. I find it's lightweight and efficient.
