After a successful upgrade, I can't administer the configuration section. I get this error:
Warning: filemtime() [function.filemtime]: stat failed for ././languages/lang_english.conf in /home/mydomain/public_html/internal/template.config_loader.php on line 25

    Also the voting doesn't work..

    Also getting this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function loadcategoriesforcache() in /home/mydomain/public_html/admin/admin_categories.php on line 387

Could you create a god level user for me to log into and check this out? PM the details to me.
    Also, does /languages/lang_english.conf exist?

I just re-uploaded the files and I have the same issues.
    Does anyone have any ideas??
