I am attempting to install version 9.9 that i just downloaded today, however I am running into a small problem(i hope it is small) on step 4. Here is what it is saying, and after it has completed there are no tables that it added to the database. I am following all of the instructions in the readme...any ideas? Also when this happens that background of the page is no longer white and easily readable, instead it is navy blue. Thanks for the help!

I didn't have the create privilege for the database user enabled...opps.

I had made the same mistake. When I created the user, I forgot to add the "create" privilige to the user=) BIG OOOOOoooops! Thanks for the hint. Been troubleshooting for 2 hours now, but i finally got it fixed by checking the privilidges.
