Russian language in group's name
Hello! I switched off the JavaScript-blocker set of Russian characters in the name of the group, but when a group start, it appears ???????�?? ???????????�. Prompt please how to solve this problem with the coding?

Oh, very interesting. I will take the blame for forgetting that foreign characters are blocked using javascript on the group creation page. I'll try to come up with a fix.
