Search feature doesn't search pages

While adding pages to our site, we've noticed the search doesn't look through pages we've added, only posts.

What's the best way to modify the search to include all our pages?

We also noticed that if you enter more than one word ex: pink color, it will search for pink OR color. Is there a way to modify this so that it will be AND instead of OR?

What's the best way to go about this...?

Try going to admin > configure > search>
There are 4 different search methods to choose from.

I don't see a search option within configure... I see:

Anonymous
AntiSpam
Avatars
Comments
Groups
Live
Location Installed
Misc
OutGoing
SEO
Story
Submit
Tags
Tell-a-Friend
Template
Voting

I checked in Misc, SEO, Live and didn't see anything within those either...
