upcoming tabs and Published tabs similar to category ,what the user is seeing
can any body help me to do this on my pligg site

*Forget what I posted bellow.* I just reread your post and understand what you are talking about. It looks like they have categories and subcategories on their header menu. You will probably need to talk to someone who specializes in making custom templates. I would start off by looking in the template section and maybe contact some of the developers from there.

I believe you are asking how you can change "Published News" and "Upcoming News" to something that is specific to your site? In the example they used 'Videos instead of 'News'. You need to go to Admin --- Modify language --- Scroll down until you see the section you want to change. Hopefully this is what you are asking for.

What I am asking is ,if a user is seeing about cricket news category then upcoming tabs should be linked with upcoming cricket news and Published Tabs should be linked with Published Cricket news
