Oddly the place has been spitting out those templates for over year.
It's really sad. The only reason they put them out is to attempt to get name recognition.

so whare can I find good source for templates? an how can I know if they fitable to pligg(not like this one, as you just said).
there is no big templates bank over the net. most of the sites provide the same templates.
