Horizontal tabbed Category - you get $15

I need a fix for the existing pligg website.I need the categories to show on header like in digg.com.when users select the category that selected category must be highlighted.I prefer rounded tab structured navigation.Can anyone get that fixed?I will pay $15 please let me know.
