The site I'm working out in my head, deals with time sensitive information. Which, this system is not meant to handle. My question is, is there a way to set things up so that a post does not appear in the "pligg for stories" section until a given day?
you could look at it as, someone from the inside of microsoft has information on a launch date. but... they won't be near a computer 2 weeks from now, and would like the post to appear only a day before microsoft releases a new product. He would make the post, then set some sort of "release date" at which time, it get's entered into the "pligg for stories" section, but not before the day he specifies.
This is actually something I need, and perhaps other people might. Maybe not. Because my site will mostly deal in time sensitive information, and to require the users to post ON that day, or maybe the day before, isn't going to work, especially if they have a whole slew of posts that they want to make, but have to wait because there is no support for a release time or anything.
If I can't figure out a way to do this, or if it turns ut there isn't, then I'll need to go over to some sort of other system...maybe a calender of some sort, and I really don't want to. No sweat off your backs either way, but still. grr.
Well, any idea's on how to go about this?
