Template compatible to Pligg 9.0.0

i'm from germany and have a pligg site since some days,

i want to have a template with these kind of category at the top of the page
like this http://www.pligg.com/demo/

i use the 9.9.0 version ,

in the case that there were no templates like this compatible to 9.9.0, i'll be glad if you can tell me,how i put that kind of category to my template.

nobody make template for 9.9.0 already, better and easier and more security if you upgrade your pligg to 1.0
