Languages are added when you install Pligg. You will be presented with the currently available languages which will then be downloaded into the /languages folder and selected for use.
I forgot to manually place them in the /languages folder. I will add them to a future 1.0.1 release so that you could at a later time activate other languages from the Admin panel. I've attached the 2 alternate language files to this post.

I'd checked it, You attached old version of thai language file (still a lot english -not translate- in a bottom file) so I've attach a new version that completely translate all both language, installation and readme file.
Download or check it with thai language here (ภาษาไทย)

I just updated the Thai language file to match your changes Techkr, If you choose the Thai language during installation it will grab the latest version and place it in your /languages folder. Your version attached to the above post missed about 5 lines that were recently added. I used Google Translate to add them in.
So now when install pligg 1.0 final we can choose language in installation step or not because trendscout say
I only have an english language file - where are the german and the thai file?
and you say

then I think this 1.0 final package still require external language file (temporary)
I know actually pligg 1.0 final will grab the latest version of thai language during installation but now it already work? If it's worked I will remove language package that I've attached in above post (I haven't test install pligg 1.0 final)
Thanks for the update, I'll make those changes now. You can also expect the additional languages to be included with 1.0.0. This is a good example why we had designed it so that the language file will be grabbed during the install process, since the language files included with Pligg might need adjustments after a release.
