I am testing the "Tell a Friend" functionality. I have entered email and click the send button giving an internal server error. Please see the following error and help me to fix this.

I have contacted my webhosting technical support and they said everything is configured right on their server.

Also, let me know where to look for the "Tell a Friend" code.
