It seems that our server was down for several hours today, the one day I chose to take off this week from Pligg work. I brought it back up today around 3pm when I noticed the problem. I apologize for the inconvenience for anyone who needed to access the site.
We also had a slight issue that I just discovered with the SVN server taking a minute to connect to the server, but that issue looks like it was very temporary. It's not our day for server luck, but it looks like things should be fine now.
