Blackball error

I have installed blackball and is working, but i get this error on the top of the site:

Warning: fopen(spamlog.log) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/mysite/public_html/libs/link.php on line 1100

Warning: fwrite(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/mysite/public_html/libs/link.php on line 1101

Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/mysite/public_html/libs/link.php on line 1102

Anyone seen this before?

I'm using Pligg 1.0.0 RC5
