I've installed Pligg. 9.9.5, but I can't install another language. I have downloaded a portuguese translation. There are in the zip file, a file called lang.conf.

I've tried replace lang_english.conf in languages folder by the translation what I had downloaded, but it doesn't works.

After the replacement I did run install/upgrade.php. After this the texts in index page doesn't appear.

Can somebody tell me what are the steps to install another language?

Right now we are looking for translators to translate the current English file into their native language. If we have other submit a language we can then share it with others during the Pligg installation process. We would be very grateful to have any language file contributions.

I would compare the downloaded language file with the current english one to see what lines have been added since the other language version has been provided. There will be missing (and some changed) lines. Use a tool like Winmerge to check for file differences. Once you update it upload it to /languages/lang_english.conf and replace the default language file.
