some langues can't be Translate success on the page!

i have made a chinese langue pack and replaced lang_english.conf,in the langue pack begin line 773 (// Admin Configure Translation) can't be success load..(i have translated it to chinese,but it list english .most of the chinese langue pack is good.)

1. Make sure that you save the file as UTF-8. It might be useful if you attach a copy of your language file for us to test.

2. What file are you referring to with line 773? lang_english.conf line 773 is the following:

PLIGG_Visual_IIS_Logged_In = "You are logged in. "

3. Have you tried editing from the Admin Language Editor (Admin > Language)?

To help us out please print a reply in Chinese and we will try to translate it through software. That might make the translation more accurate and easier for us to understand.
