    Cant edit Admin configure values

    Cant edit Admin configure values after installation or change my template even after clicking on it

    i upgraded from 1.00 RC1 to pligg 1.0 the installation was successful but i noticed can't change the settings in the Admin-config menu, even when i click on the text to the right of each value, the page is static, it is not editable, all modules are installed

    i have chmod 666 on ./settings.php file its still the same

    Cant anyone help me with this problem or just tell me how to manually change my template first since i cant do it from the admin panel now
