Anyone been dealing with dollars5 lately? I payed them to build some custom features for my pligg site and needed some changes made and have been emailing them and havent heard from them in six days, Ive sent 5 emails and havent gotten a single reply, any idea where they might be?!?

I last heard from them (dollars5 is a development firm, not a person) Monday. They are currently working on developments for Pligg CMS.

I havent been hearing from them and ive emailed them reperatedly, they said they offer support 30 days after the deliver the product, but they havent answered my emails 7 days.. ridiculous

I visit forums regularly (almost daily), only I donot find time to reply to threads regular.

@iamneat1: Regard to your issues: can you shoot an email to our sales that he will reply asap. Also as far as I know your issue was to support on an item that is not default of Pligg and is out of our support scope: it is related to development of an autocomplete search field and we were doing it as a free service at no additional charge and you come here to complain. Pain...
Also this month - we had about 5 holidays till today - feel free to check the Indian list of holidays...

I was not coming here to complain, I was coming here to find out if anyone knew what happened to you guys, last Tuesday night, you told me wednesday and thursday would be holidays for you and that it would be completed friday, Friday came and went without a single email to me keeping me updated with what was going on. I understand you guys don't email on weekends, but when it was Sunday night here, monday morning for you, still no email, then all day monday for you and still no email, I got worried. I'm sorry I didnt think to check your indian holiday calendar, next time Ill do that.

I have been informed by my fellow developers that they have implemented the autocomplete school selection - but there seems to be some collision of scripts that they are working on it. Mind you again - this work is totally out of our support scope (autocomplete is not a part of Pligg script at all) and we are only doing it as a complimentary service or as a client delight feature - and since this is totally new to us - it might take some time. Hope you understand.

I would refer them to anyone else looking for pligg work, this whole thing was a misunderstanding and doesnt not represent how our transactions and their services went, everything was smooth and worked out well.

I have been working with Dollar5 on the below job.

I think they have been very busy lately as replies have not been timely and project is also bit on the slow side but communication has been great by Steve.

Will post detailed feedback as the project goes along.

Anyone knows where Dollar5 is(are)? According to the website their last activity goes back to 12/12/2008. Are they still around?
