I tried to search but could not find an answer for this so here it goes:

How can I add a new tab in navigation bar (next to published news, upcoming news, etc.) and have it to show most voted stories of all time?

I think I should make a new .php file, but there´s too much difference in index.php and upcoming.php for me to know what to include in the new file.

Any help will be appreciated.
